Off to preschool once again

Camille is now in her second and last year of preschool. She goes to Miss Dawn down the street and absolutely loves it. She is so excited this year because she get to go three days a week instead of two.

Lynsie's Birthday Party

Lynsie had a fun birthday party. She loved having family over and being the center of attention. She loved her cake and her presents. Thanks everyone for the gifts, and thanks Karla for helping me make the cute bunny cake.

Lynsie is cruising along furniture. She can stand by herself and has taken about 8 steps so far. Pretty soon she will be walking! We are still waiting for her first tooth, and hopefully it comes soon because she is getting tired of bland baby food (she is getting good at gumming soft foods). She is a good sleeper too. She sleeps 12-14 hours a night and takes 1-2 naps during the day. She says mama, dada and ehh (hey). My baby is growing up. I can't believe she is 1 already.

St. George Getaway

Last weekend Dave and I went to St. George. We left the kids home with the grandparents. It was so nice to get away and have some time to ourselves. We missed the kids like crazy, but it was a nice little break. Thursday when we got there we went grocery shopping and watched The Office. Friday we slept in, got massages, went shopping, went to the Olive Garden for dinner (my favorite), went swimming, and watched a movie. Saturday we slept in again. We met our friends Stephanie and Lars who now live in California and spent the day with them. Dave and Lars went golfing, and Stephanie and I went shopping. After that we all met up and ate at Village Inn. Then we went hiking, and watched The Dark Knight. Sunday we woke up, cleaned the house, and headed home. That weekend was so nice and relaxing and went by way too fast, but it is so nice to be home again because I missed my girls so much. Mom, Dad, and Linda thanks so much for taking the girls so we could get away for some much needed rest and relaxation.

Temple Square

Dave, Abby, and Aspen were here visiting over Christmas. Both families went to Temple Square to see the lights the week before Christmas. It was so cold, but fun to be with everyone.
